Sout East Ramp Hangar Complex

The South East Ramp hangar complex was established in 2005 and has over 275,000 square feet of hangar facilities for lease in 24 buildings at the Orlando Sanford International Airport. The facility is located adjacent to the Seminole County Sports Complex.

Orlando-Sanford Hangars

Located at the Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB), the South East Ramp general aviation hangar facility gives Central Florida’s fastest growing business and high tech corridor a major boost in accessibility.

Interior hangar finishes are available on a build-to-suit basis and can be custom tailored to meet specific needs, ranging from corporate flight facilities to maintenance, restoration, fabrication, storage and training. The facilities are designed to be some of the best in the nation. Pilots, owners and corporations will have a wide range of hangar types and sizes to choose from. These include 12 corporate hangar buildings, 5 large box hangar complexes, 4 large t-hangar buildings, 2 small t-hangar buildings, a pilot’s lounge and ancillary support facilities.

One very attractive feature is the full service pilot’s lounge and meeting center. This is a very plush facility where tenants can relax, plan flights and share the camaraderie of a private club. Centrally located in the development, the Pilot's Lounge includes kitchen facilities, a flight planning area and a conversation/entertainment area featuring club-style furnishings, large-screen TV and pool table. Construction of the South East Ramp complex adds tremendous capability to SFB, an airport serving the dynamic metropolitan market that extends from Orlando to Daytona. Given the rapid expansion of executive communities such as those in Heathrow, Lake Mary and Sanford, the South East Ramp complex is a welcome addition to the nation’s third busiest private aviation airport.
